Q:  How much will the house weigh?
A:  That will depend on how it is build, what type of materials are used.

Q:  Do the plans include the interior finish, hole placement and layout?
A:  No, there is way to many options, you will need to design that part yourself.

Q:  Are the plans complicated?
A:  Generally no. I designed the plans to be easy to understand, however the Wheel Plans are more complicated do to the precise measurements required to make them work correctly.

Q: How Do I order?
A: Select your plan type then select size, click "Add to Cart" and follow the instructions.
We use PayPal as our credit card processor, if you do not see a "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart"
button this means there may be a problem with the PayPal website. Please try again at a later time.

Q:  Does the plans include aluminum siding and roof?
A:  No, the plans show how much siding and roofing is needed, the plans show instructions for a rubber roof.

Q:  Do the frame plans include the wheels?
A:  Yes and No, the "frame only" plans do not include the wheels, these are meant for someone that has there own wheel design or idea.

The "frame with wheel plans" do include the wheels.

Q: Do I have to License a fish house same as a trailer?
A: Yes, MN DNR News page

Q:  How much length will the V-Front add to the frame/house?
A: About three feet, a 8x10 frame with a V-Front will be 8x13 overall to the V.

Q:  You don't have a V-Front for anything over 12 foot, why?
A: Because it becomes too long, especially for a single axle. If you want to make it longer go ahead, buy the longest frame plan and add to the back of the frame/house. The frame/house size is the boxed sized of the unit, the "V" adds about 3 ft to the length. A 12 ft frame with a "V" front would be 15 ft from the back of the frame to the front of the "V", plus the tongue length.

A: Yes, only for the same size as you ordered, just email me with you name and what plans you need.

Q:  How long will it take to receive my plans?
A:  Generally within 24 hours, this is not an automatic process.

Q:  I ordered plans three weeks ago where are they?
A:  Check your email, if you have accidently deleted it or your computer blocked the files I will resend them but you need to contact me.

Q:  Can I order the plans by phone?
A:  No, only from the website. I cannot take payments over the phone, only by check or through paypal.

A: No, since the plans are a file on your computer and are not returnable. I have been selling these plans for 5 years and no one has disliked them.
